As a stay at home mum of two little girls, I was doing a lot of my shopping online and on Facebook. I found that there were a lot of pages offering clothing but the prices were just a little too high for my budget. I decided to create Scarlett Rose and offer other stay at home and working mums the opportunity to shop online with confidence and knowledge that they were getting quality items at a more than reasonable price.
Purchase & Postage Info:
To purchase, simply comment SOLD, along with the size/colour and your email address under the item you would like, or message me via the message tab on our facebook page, and I will be in touch via Facebook or email within 24hrs to organise payment and delivery. Be sure to add us to your saved contacts list, and check your spam folders when awaiting emails.
Payment to be made by Direct Deposit or PAYPAL within 72 hours. If paying via PayPal please mark as a gift to avoid fees.
Item(s) in stock will be posted within 2 business days, excluding pre-order times.
Pre-order items will have their own expected arrival/delivery times, and usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Tracking number will be provided where available.
Please notify us if you wish to combine postage prior to payment.
Overseas post - Minimum postage fees apply of $19.70 AU to send via registered post.
We will refund or exchange according to appropriate laws. 'No change-of-mind refunds on sale items'. 'No change-of-mind refunds after seven days'. All products are marked with sizing, it is your responsibility to assure correct sizing is purchased. Once products have left our care, we cannot be held liable for misuse of products or incorrect handling and washing of clothing.
All products must be returned for refunds. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
